When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on design complexity.
How do you ship?
I use USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking. If you’d like expedited shipping, please contact me before ordering.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because each item is handcrafted, returns are only accepted if there is a defect in workmanship. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you have an issue.
Do you offer exchanges?
I may be able to exchange unworn items for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

🔧 Repairs & Resizing
What if my jewelry needs repair?
I stand behind my work. If your piece needs a repair due to craftsmanship, I’ll take care of it at no cost within 6 months. For damage caused by wear and tear, a small fee may apply.
Can you resize rings?
Some rings can be resized depending on the design. Please message me before purchase if you need a specific size.
